Harmony of Leaves Scarf Pattern

This scarf pattern is named after a line in the poem The Sorrow of Love by WB Yeats which creates a beautiful haunting image of nature prevailing over the poet’s sadness.  The repeating pattern of leaves has been designed to recreate the beauty and harmony of nature.

The Harmony of Leaves scarf can be made to any length.  It is an ideal project for one 100g skein of 4 ply yarn or 150g of DK cotton or wool.

If you would like to make a longer and narrow scarf, repeat pattern only twice starting with less chains in the foundation chain.

This pattern is available on Ravelry https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/harmony-of-leaves-scarf or will be emailed to you on receipt of payment.

The Harmony of Leaves scarf pattern is an ideal one skein project and makes a short cosy scarf with a leaf motif.

Recommended Yarn:

100g of Travel Knitter Tanami baby camel and silk 4ply hand dyed yarn Or

100g of Riverknits Bluefaced Leicester 4ply yarn Or

150g of Fair Cotton
